2 Week Wheel Throwing Course | Basic Skills
1 1/2 HOUR CLASSES, ONCE PER WEEK, AN ADDITIONAL VISIT AT YOUR LEISURE MAY BE REQUIRED TO GLAZE ANY ADDITIONAL POTTERY MADE ON WEEK 2
Includes: (4) 1 1/2 hour Classes, once per week
- Week 1: 1 1/2 Hour Beginner Basic Wheel Throwing/ Skill Building Trimming and Cutting (make up to 2 pieces). Includes training on how to operate a wheel. Gain skills to make up to 2 pieces
- Week 2: Specialty glazing techniques/ Glaze combinations. Glazing of pieces made in week 1. If time permits, additional wheel time to make one last piece of choice (including a mug). (Paint time is additional at our regular rates to come back at your leisure and glaze any pottery made during week 1 or 2)
2-week classes are $200 per person. This course does not require you to have taken a single session class prior to the start of the 2-week class. This class is designed for the novice/beginner and day one we start from scratch. 2-Week Course are held once a week on the same day of the week and same time.
*Additional Costs: Paint time when you come back to paint your bisque, for anything not able to be glazed during the Week 2 class glazing session. Specialty glazes Crystal, Elements and other fun compatible glazes are additional cost.
