Collection: 2021 Summer Camp Organizers Field Trip Info

We will prepare all the materials for an awesome Field Trip, all you have to do is order it at least 3 business days in advance*!  Curbside pickup ONLY! Please call us on 737-8565 and we come out to collect your box from you.

BOX ORDER WILL INCLUDE: Pottery items, assorted colors of glaze, brushes (if needed) and instruction sheet.

Terms of Field Trip

*Orders larger than 50 must give a minimum of 5 business days notice prior to Field Trip IN-A-BOX pick up date.

MATERIALS DEPOSIT:  At time of pick up we will collect a $15 for your paint brush deposit which will be refunded when you return the pottery kit for the final glaze firing process.
**You can use your own brushes, glaze colors do not stain

RETURNING PROJECTS TO STUDIO FOR FIRING: Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close so we can process your box. Once we have process your box and have accounted for materials and unused pieces, any deposit paid will be refunded.

FIRED WORK PICKUP:  Pottery that will be fired is usually available for pick up at our location 5 - 7 days after the glazed pottery from the Field Trip is returned to our studio. Please note that pick ups at our studio are only available during our open studio hours, pick ups outside of these times are not available. Please call us once outside for curbside collection.

DELIVERY (must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability):  When your fired pottery is ready, we can deliver to your venue! Delivery Fees $10 must be paid at the time of delivery.

Minimum Participants:  There is a minimum of 8 required for Field Trip IN-A-BOX
